About our Medical Day Care
Since 2006, children with medical needs have been thriving and achieving their personal potential at Frankie's World Medical Day Care Center. We are a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center or PPECC, licensed by the Pennsylvania Health Department. We are centrally located in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties neighborhood, close to three major children's hospitals, and easily accessible by Philadelphia area families.
We believe children with medical needs can achieve much more when given the opportunity to make friends and learn about the world around them. Our pioneering mix of quality nursing care and preschool education is on display every day in our open, engaging classrooms. We are staffed by special needs educators and experienced pediatric nurses. Our Medical Services include:
Premature & High-Risk infant care.
Gastrointestinal, orthopedic, genetic or congenital disorders.
Tracheotomy and Ventilator Care.
Assistance with eating and gastric tube care.
Seizure disorder monitoring.
